Throwback to Mason: A Gem in Trout Lake

This summer, we’re throwing it back to one of our most cherished projects: Mason. Nestled in the heart of Trout Lake, Mason is a limited collection of character-filled 2 and 3-bedroom city homes and townhomes, each featuring exquisite roof decks and outdoor spaces. These homes were designed to embody the spirit of East Vancouver, blending modern comforts with timeless architectural charm.

Mason stands out with its distinctive architectural style that blends traditional and contemporary elements. The exterior features clean lines, large windows, and high-quality materials, creating an aesthetic that both complements and enhances the neighbourhood’s historic character. Inside, the open-concept layouts maximize natural light, creating bright and inviting living spaces with high-end finishes and fixtures that add a touch of luxury.

Livability is at the heart of Mason’s design. Each home includes a spacious roof deck and outdoor space, offering residents a private oasis with stunning views of Trout Lake and the surrounding greenery. These outdoor spaces are ideal for summer barbecues, sipping on your morning coffee, or simply unwinding with a good book. The community feel extends beyond the homes themselves, as Mason is situated in one of the friendliest neighbourhoods in Metro Vancouver.

Trout Lake, just a stone’s throw away, becomes a hub of activity during the summer months. The park offers numerous amenities, including a community center, sports fields, and the picturesque lake itself. Summer at Trout Lake is nothing short of magical, with the lake and park hosting numerous events and activities that bring the community together. From the lively Trout Lake Farmers Market, where residents can enjoy fresh local produce and artisanal goods, to various music and cultural festivals, there’s always something happening.

Whether you’re a resident of Mason or simply visiting the area, take a moment to appreciate the blend of modern living and community charm that makes Trout Lake and East Van so special. Here’s to many more summers filled with joy, connection, and the timeless appeal of our beloved neighbourhood.
