Also known as the most versatile cityhome ever.
With my own front door right on Porter Street, I may be called a cityhome, but I sure feel like a townhome. I have over 1,200 square feet of interior living space. That’s more than enough room for any collection of books and trinkets and memories.
With my over height ceilings and open floor plan, I may be confused with loft living on the main level. An entire window wall that looks out onto a park makes that possible. My kitchen is full of inspiration for any future chef in the making. With Caesarstone quartz countertops and a marble tile backsplash all paired with smoky grey and soft white colours throughout, any culinary adventures are possible.
And that’s before you even set foot in my master ensuite oasis. With my private courtyard patio off the master bedroom, this is the perfect spot for a good cup of coffee and a favourite book. And if that isn’t intriguing enough, I haven’t even mentioned that I have an entire second level of living just a few steps down. Picture an enormous bedroom + flex space complete with second bathroom. It’s the perfect place for so many options. From teenage kids looking for space of their own, to older parents looking to stay with family or even for that avid gamer who just needs some space to set up that giant screen tv, the options are endless.
And to top it all off? I’m just a hop-skip-and-jump (i.e. across the street!) from one of the best community centres and picturesque lakes in Vancouver. Trout Lake is home to multiple amenities, including weekly summer Farmers Markets, regular exercise and activity classes and a great combination of outdoor celebrations and events.
I’m in the middle of being built right now so if you want to come see what I’m all about, contact a member of the Mason sales team today. They’ll set you up with a hard hat/steel-toed boot type tour so you can learn more. I can’t wait to meet you.
