The biennial Urban Development Institute Awards for Excellence took place yesterday and we are honoured to announce that Boffo Properties has won two coveted UDI Awards. The UDI Awards are the premier awards for recognizing achievement in the BC real estate development industry.
Boffo Properties’ Principal, Daniel Boffo, was awarded the Maureen Esner Future Leader Award for his tireless work in developing innovative, quality properties that add to the neighbourhood character and for his dedication to various charitable causes through the Boffo Foundation.
Cordovan by Boffo Properties won the prestigious Innovation Award for its unique architectural design that features a large communal courtyard in between two rows of market city homes and flats on the second and third storey, while the first storey has five supportive housing units operated by MPA Society.
