Requests for an appointment and follow up with additional information are sent out on Mondays and Thursdays. We will typically contact you within 3-4 business days.
Please contact the appliance supplier directly as your appliances are warrantied by the supplier and their qualified technicians. You will need the model and serial number as well as your Travelers Certificate to show proof of warranty. Be sure to check the troubleshooting section of your appliance guide before calling in, as you may find the answer to the issue there.
Your Strata Corporation is responsible for all aspects of Common Area maintenance. Information on your Property Manager is in your Homeowner Guide or on your most recent Strata Council meeting minutes.
We would ask that you please submit just prior to the end of your one year warranty. Items that are typically a result of materials shrinkage and building settlement, such as drywall cracks and nail pops, may be kept on file until your year-end warranty appointment is booked.
1 Year – The New Home Warranty covers any defect in material or labour within the first year of occupancy of the new home. At the end of the one year, you will be reminded by letter to submit any defects that have arisen in your home. We kindly request that all cosmetic matters are reviewed at that time.
15 Months – The warranty covers any defect in materials and labour in the Common Area of your new home’s overall development.
2 Years – The warranty covers mechanical systems, including electrical, heating and plumbing for two years.
5 Years – The warranty covers the building envelope for five years.
10 Year – The warranty covers the structure of the home for ten years.
